Appointments
Last Updated: Friday, 09 May 2025To book an appointment:
- Request an appointment online
- Phone us Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 11.50am and 1.00pm to 5.50pm (excluding bank holidays and training closures)
- Visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm (excluding bank holidays and training closures)
- See details of future bank holiday closures and training closures (one Wednesday each month)
When you get in touch, our reception team will ask what you need help with. You will be then directed to the most appropriate service. For example, for joint pain, you would be referred to the "First contact practitioner".
This will help us assess your needs and identify the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you. You have the right to ask for a specific Doctor/ Nurse. We make every effort to meet these requests. Each individual Doctor/ Nurse’s appointments may vary due to availability and as such we may not be able to do this.
Pre-Bookable Appointments
All GP practices must provide 25% of their appointments online. These are release on a rolling 2 weeks.
Urgent Appointments on the Day
If you need an urgent appointment, please contact the practice. The reason for the urgent request are recorded and your name added to an urgent list for the Duty Dr to review. It is the Duty Dr who decides which patients are seen.
About your appointment
